Main Responsibility:
To ensure that tasks concerning of forensic tire analysis, provide high
quality tire analysis to OE/TCS and related customer
1. Forensic Tire Analysis(60%)
- Good knowledge and experience of tire performance indoor/outdoor and
failure mode;
- Be able to conduct forensic tire analysis; includes a professional root
cause investigation with photo documentation and a concluding report.
- Be a competent business partner to support OE complain and O2I organized
by TCS;
- Continually to improve tire failure analysis tools and technology to
ensure analysis quality;
- Interpret, publish and present the results
2. Tire Analysis for Drum Tests(20%)
- Inspection and analysis of tire failure from indoor test and assigning
proper failure codes as per Conti standard catalogue and update in the CORE
system.
- Preparation of tire section and samples for QC meeting process and
evaluation of findings for possible root causes；
- Continually to improve test knowledge&technology to ensure test
quality;
3. Tire performance test operation& evaluation: shearography test,
pendulum test (15%)
Tire Pendulum Testing/Evaluation
-Tire visual inspection, test/rim preparation, tire pendulum machine
operation, tire impact test
- Implementation,compile test data sheet , test results evaluation, test
report;
- Interpret, publish and present the results.
- Coordinate tire pendulum test evaluation with test method develop team
Hannover;
Shearography test/evaluation - Complete shearography tests operation and
Evaluation within analysis function - New size setting for shearography
tests
- Calibration with standard block - Regularly report to central
non-destructive testing group
- Cordination for yearly Xcross check
4. Others(5%)
-Maintains the quality system of the laboratory (generates quality
documents, updates documents in PoMS) in accordance to the requirements of
ISO/IEC 17025
- Ensure 5S,ESH activities are implemented in the workshop
- Support in internal and external audits - Ensure regular reporting to
superior levels - Participate/Lead taskforces & projects
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor in science and technology or related
- min 2 years of experience in tire testing or tire industry.
knowing CCC regulation and ISO/IEC 17025 is a plus
- Tire construction design experience is a plus
- good at communication and fostering team work;
- open to work with culture diversity ,e.g. Europe & China & USA
& Asia
