大陆马牌轮胎招聘质量管理/测试

职位来源于BOSS直聘。

　　Main Responsibility:

　　Endurance Indoor testing operation;CORE tasks handling and coordination;Communication interface regarding priority and special test requirement with R&D Developers; Ensure the KPI in Enudrance indoor are smartly set up and closely monitored

　　1. Test operation(75%)

　　- Tire mounting/demounting;

　　- Tire reception and move to racks;

　　- conducts tyre testing on the test machines :Endurance,High speed ，Measurement、Bead unseating、Plunger test according to CORE and GT PoMS;

　　- inspect tires, fill the datasheet and compile test report ;

　　- Test equipment , rims,consumable materials investment and purchasing;

　　- continously improve test quality system and test quality and test efficiency and operate test operation in a safe way;

　　- Testing/CORE/KPS Handling ;

　　- coordinate and participate the crosscheck ;

　　- Test report internal check before release;

　　- Test Priority coordination with Developers and GTTRS ;

　　- Test method and work instruction review ,implementation and update;

　　- coordinate on site for OE visit/audit/witness testing;

　　- Problem solving whenever there is unplanned issues within Endurance Indoor test euipment, system issue, material shortage, process error...;

　　2. Projects and task force (15%)

　　- lead or coordinate Projects and task forces in Endurance indoor in EC Hefei ,e.g. TPM, Test efficiency, Teflon Testing, Winter tire testing, CPC rollout,etc

　　- be responsible for defects caused by bladder problems eg.uneven bladder, etc.

　　Job Requirement:

　　- Major in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; Bachelor degree and above

　　- minimum 3 years with tire testing or tire manufacturing experience

　　- Project experience is a plus

　　- leader experience is plus

　　- Good English Skill, open for european-chinese cooperation, open for chinese- malaysian/indian cooperation
