Assistant Finance BP

　　Primary Purpose of the Position

　　Partner with China MRT sales team and other supporting functions to achieve business target of AOP or other financial planning

　　Deliver strong AR and cash control to lower company operationally risk sometimes by handling challenging situations

　　Play a strong role in financial planning processes including financial population, question clarification, walk and deck preparation etc.

　　Act as an active financial partner in new business adventures by providing necessary financial analysis, model establishment or participating in business brainstorming etc.

　　Primary Duties/Responsibilities

　　Financial planning processes including financial population, question clarification, walk and deck preparation etc.

　　AR and cash control to lower company operationally risk by reviewing related contact items and sometimes handling challenging situations.

　　Provide valuable financial analysis either upon requirement or upon proactive innovation to seek better profitability or improved efficiency.

　　Act as an active financial partner in new business adventures by providing necessary financial analysis, model establishment or participating in business brainstorming etc.

　　Support ad hoc requests.

　　Education & Certifications

　　Bachelor of economics, finance, accounting etc. is necessary. Master of economics, finance or accounting, or MBA will be an advantage.

　　Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

　　>5 years working experience in multinational companies as financial analysts or business partner

　　Preferably in same or related industries

　　Strong to face challenges and skillful to handle complicated situations

　　Be able to work under pressure esp. tight timelines

　　Proactive, strong sense of responsibilities
