　　Responsibilities

　　Category Strategy and Market Intelligence:

　　Create and execute sourcing strategies for Energy & Utilities category

　　Leverage market data, third party reports (from energy consultant company) and cost modeling to support the development of budgetary forecast, negotiation strategies.

　　Support contract negotiations and efficiency improvement.

　　Contribute to regional CA, EBIT savings and cash flow ob

　　Supplier Relationship Management:

　　Develop relationships with suppliers focused Ｏn total cost of ownership, advantaged supply chain, non-rate reduction, innovation and continuous process improvement

　　Develop services contracts and supply agreements and implement in such a way that relationship with and performance of selected supplier(s) is enhanced

　　Organizational & Operational Excellence:

　　Develop and nurture internal cross-functional relationships.

　　Establish efficient channels for capturing effective market intelligence.

　　Cross-Functional Collaboration/Stakeholder Management:

　　Actively participate in Global Sourcing Council and serve as a key driver for accomplishing Council goals.

　　Closely engage with business partners, particularly engineering teams to maintain early involvement across all relevant sourcing initiatives

　　Building Organizational Capability:

　　Utilize 7-Step Strategic Sourcing Process and Enhanced Sourcing Tools in day to day work.

　　Collaborate with peers and leaders within the Category team.

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field

　　7 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or a related Operational function required.  Previous strategic sourcing experience required.  Experience in a related industry / category preferred.

　　Strong experience or consultancy background in procurement or engineering, sustainability

　　Knowledge required:  Knowledge of core procurement processes and strategic sourcing concepts.
