SFSSS:Senior Fleet Service Solution Specialist
Responsibilities:
Identify, screen & create partnerships with service providers following the National Service Network Creation Strategy defined by the Fleet Service Solution Manager. This activity primarily focuses On strategy execution and operational activities such as the convertion of existing GY retailers to service provider, partnering with premium domestic service providers to create service network, partnering with 4S stores, and / or creating GY’s owned service team.
Be the first point of contact for service partners and their requests & handle operations: 1) Conduct tire purchase following GY procurement process, coordinate supply chain and logistics teams On tire transporation; 2) confirm & adjust SKU stock and assign new/replacement tire service; 3) coordinate with service partners On their service availability & pricing to meet various fleet service requirements; 4) Conduct training for service providers On GY intelligent tools and procedure and ensure application & feedback collection.
Be the first point of contact with customers and their requests & handle operations : 1) Handle customer On all service related complains, and follow up On continuous improvement program; 2) coordinate On tire leasing and service programs: needs to be On-site of fleet for the 1st One month to ensure a smooth service process establishment, select service providers and create service network and communication channel specifically designed for fleet customer; 3) provide and educate customer On the latest product information; 4) react promptly On all customer inquiries and forward to internally related functions; 5) coordinating with customers for tire alerts & predictive maintenance notifications.
Establish & deploy a Goodyear certified tire servicing process (and related training course documents) to all service partners which integrates the latest intelligent tire tools to deliver an industry recognized premium service.
Provide regular training & audit of Goodyear service providers to insure quality & accuracy of the application of Goodyear’s certified tire servicing process.
Requirements:
5years of experience in the tire service industry in all or several of the following areas:
Tire mileage sale / tire leasing
Tire solutions-ba
Aftermarket service and/or service network building
Managing customer relationships (B2B customer experience preferred)
Strong service design and execution knowledge
Good understanding of technology and its related deployment process
Great customer service and relationship management skills
Good communication skill in Chinese, and English communication skills is strongly desired
Ability to anticipate and translate customer needs into product or solution requirements
Business and financial acumen to drive profitable growth
