　　ABPL - SA：Associate Business Process Lead - SA　　

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　1. Learning and Development:  Develops, revises and executes training sessions in person and virtually.  Responsible for maintaining curriculums and recording learning in the Learning Management System.  Accountable for meeting aspirational training goals for 7Step Strategic Sourcing Process and Enhanced Sourcing Tools.  Responsible for development and execution of new associate Ｏnboard training (Passport) in procurement department.

　　2. Standardized Deployment of Strategic Initiatives: Supports the execution of Global Business Process Excellence strategy roadmap by leading process improvement initiatives to deliver standardization and consistency across the global Procurement footprint

　　3. Procurement Business Process Management: Conducts internal assessments to define current state processes and identify opportunities for improvement and standardization. Responsible for benchmarking industry best practices and providing recommendations

　　4. Leads Procurement knowledge management process - develops and maintains supplier profiles, industry data analysis to support procurement associates globally via Knowledge Management Center

　　5. Accountable for meeting aspirational training goals for 7-Step Strategic Sourcing Process and Enhanced Sourcing Tools

　　Job Requirements：

　　1. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field

　　2. Above 3 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or a related Operational function preferred

　　3. SAP ERP Procurement, SAP ARIBA or SAP Fieldglass implementation related experience.

　　4. Knowledge in core procurement processes and project management/change management fundamentals

　　5. Training experience as internal trainer, key user or super user of SAP.

　　6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (technical and non-technical)

　　7. Strong financial/statistical analysis

　　8. Organization skills

　　9. Strong Microsoft Access/Excel skills and/or other databa

　　10. Ability to work in a very fast paced and multi-tasking environment
