
Responsibilities:
Visit main customers in pure replacement channel, fleet channel and OE channel to understand competition and our price structure, product performance comparison and quality feedback in the field.
Join the annual price negotiation with OEM / Key account in fleet channel with sales team and provide the valuable inputs.
Build up and maintain the price /performance databa
lead the quarterly price review meeting to align our price action with senior management.
Support sales team in trade promotion proposal and quotation proposal for key OEMs/fleets.
Set up and deliver related reports and analysis as instructed by management, including but not limited to GM tracking report, OE weekly price tracking report, Fleet weekly price tracking report, GTN spending plan/control/monitoring/analysis, Fleet Direct customer pricing application.
Financial Data analysis during the bidding of new project in Fleet Channel.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related business, finance, statistics or supply chain. Master is plus.
A degree in business/finance/accounting or A related discipline.
Previous experience in A data/ sales/ pricing analytics role within A fast paced commercial business, with modeling capabilities.
Experience of trade promotion management.
Enough finance knowledges.
Rich experience of commercial tire or other related industry.
Strong business sense and strategic thinking.
Effective cross-functional communication skill.
Proactive, result orientated.
An Ability to manage large data sources and quickly synthesize information with Strategic thinking capabilities.
Ability to solve problem timely, creatively and effectively.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
An ability to use customer insights and data to make strategic and commercial business decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel is a plus.
