
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant to Senior Leaders
- Manage the appointments and schedules and make travel arrangements to make best use of time for the assigned senior leaders
- Screening and responding to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls
- Arrange and attend meetings, take and distribute minutes if requested
- Handle confidential information & maintain the security of the records and files
- Support the preparation of presentation/reports if requested
- Support other business activities as assigned by the senior leaders
Admin Support to the Senior Leaders' Team
- Support workshop/team activities as necessary
- Support and coordinate with IT/HR for new staff's On-boarding (laptop, tel, seat, name cards, etc) for the team
- Local logistics arrangement for key business travelers as assigned by the senior leaders
- Provide admin support to the key team members that assigned by the senior leaders
Admin Support to the Expatriate Senior Leaders' family
- Work with mobility team for residence permit and work permit renew
- Support home leave travel arrangement for the expatriate senior leaders' family
- Support the arrangement of medical appointment as necessary
- Coordinate with the leaders' drivers as necessary
- Support other reasonable activities as assigned by the senior leaders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business related majors, administration or English is required.
3 years administration management experiences with multinational companies.
Comprehensive knowledge On office administration functions.
Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
Can-do attitude.
Attention to details and well-organized.
Fluent Oral English.
Skillful in MS Office applications.
