Process Specialist-生产流程专员

　　Responsibilities:

　　? Obey and execute all the safety rules and policy.

　　? Responsible for the responsibility area safety issue.

　　? Passion to attend all company safety activities.

　　? Support the Business Center Manager by being the Fixer in working towards improving productivity, reducing waste and maintaining top quality product to the customer.

　　? Participate business team goal setting process.

　　? Develop new systems for process and product improvement.

　　? Develop and implement systems to improve Business team performance indicators.

　　? Improve quality and productivity ,reduce waste by developing systems.

　　? Actively encourage a safe,clean,well organized work environment.

　　? Support maintenance teams in establishing PM and TPM activities.

　　? Eliminate safety hazards of any kind by ensuring that all equipment are in safe working condition and reacting immediately to all safety related items.

　　Requirements:

　　? Bachelor degree of engineering and business administration.

　　? Experience of process knowledge and maintenance activities.

　　? Well understanding of human relation and team concept and team work.

　　? SOM, engineer, AM, maintenance engineer.

　　? Safety, environment systems and procedures.

　　? Process knowledge.

　　? Plant indicators.

　　? Quality system knowledge.

　　? Maintain systems knowledge, PM/TPM.

　　? Communication skills and team concept.

　　? Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and well organized

　　? Work well under pressure, reliable and flexible.

　　? Proactive approach.

　　? Innovative approach.

　　? Skilled at computer skills and good command of English.
