
道德合规经理 Compliance & Ethics Manager
Location: Shanghai, APAC
Primary Purpose of the Position:
Reporting directly to the Director, Compliance & Ethics - AP is responsible for assisting with the design, coordination, implementation and administration of the AP ethics and compliance program, policies and practices and to help develop and execute ethics training and awareness initiatives in the region, and to work collaboratively with other functions (Internal Audit, Human Resources, Finance, Controller, Import/Export, Security, etc.) to facilitate comprehensive coverage, lead and/or manage investigations, and drive a culture that acts with honesty, integrity and respect.
Responsibilities:
Provide proactive management of the Company’s compliance programs, with particular focus On the AP region, work with Local Management throughout AP to identify and mitigate key compliance risks, update and develop communication plans, including for AP, related to Goodyear’s Business Conduct Manual, Online training and compliance and ethics policies and programs, in order to support a strong ethical culture. Enhance, monitor and assist in the implementation of the anti-bribery compliance program.
Manage ethics and compliance activities, including day-to-day interface with employees to answer questions and provide assistance with resolving compliance-related issues, including organizing and implementing Compliance Weeks in AP and leading and/or managing investigations. Work with HR and IA leaders On investigations to improve the closing time.
Prepare reports and meeting materials for (A) the Director Compliance and Ethics AP relating to progress On investigations, training metrics, and due diligence process, and (B) the AP Compliance and Ethics Committee, including disciplinary recommendations. Track laws, regulations and industry best practices impacting the Company’s and AP policies.
Update, develop and implement training On compliance topics and programs, in order to support a strong ethical culture. Provide continuous training and education On Compliance topics with the preparation of compliance communications, including arrangement for translations as needed. Ensure that appropriate documentation is retained to demonstrate an effective C&E program.

Requirements:
Bachelor or equivalent from a top tier law school and Law firm experience or relevant inhouse experience.
The ideal candidate will have 7years’ legal and/or compliance experience, which includes significant involvement conducting investigations and in design, implementation or administration of compliance and ethics programs.
Experience in international operations and multiple languages and cultures (including English and another language) is critical.
Investigative background and/or white collar/fraud legal or accounting practice, e.g. audit or financial investigations.
Strong investigative skills including in-depth interviewing and technical knowledge in conducting internal investigations w/ diligence, discernment and discretion.
Strong writing skills.
Strong people and leadership skills, together with the ability to influence others with tact and diplomacy.
Ability to communicate effectively in business terms in a wide range of audiences and comfortable with public speaking & trainings presentations.
The ideal candidate will have critical thinking: utilizes logic and reasoning to understand, analyze and evaluate complex situations.
