Tire Construction Engineer轮胎结构设计师

　　Responsibilities:

　　？ Product development and improvement:

　　- Uses tire engineering design standards to develop new products and support Applied and Functional projects.

　　- Supports implementation of new products in production and maintenance activities.

　　- Improves and enhances problem solving strategies.

　　？ Process:

　　- Understand, follow and apply the Global Design standards.

　　- Makes improvements to or enhances current processes and tools within functional group.

　　？ Technology:

　　- Implement latest technologies in product development to ensure premium performance

　　- Improves and enhance documentation of the created knowledge.

　　？ Standards:

　　- Ensure product conformity to internal, external and legal standards.

　　- Knows, improves and enhance design guidelines/standards and best practices.

　　Requirements:

　　？ Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics or any related fields is required (Master’s degree in engineering, physics or any related fields is desired)

　　？ Computer design and modeling experience desired (catia V5, solidworks or similar)

　　？ Product Design Experience desired.

　　？ Knowledge in Statistical tools (minitab…), basic programing (VBA) is an asset

　　？ MS Office (World, Excel, Power Point).

　　？ Ability to define and execute projects within a multi-cultural team.

　　？ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　？ Sense of responsibility, stress resistant and flexible.

　　？ Showing initiative – Being proactive.

　　？ Languages

　　- Fluency in Chinese & English is a must

　　- Korean or Japanese is an advantage but not required
