②Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred. Experience in policy - making, curriculum design, or material production is an edge.
2.Language Proficiency:
①Proficiency in English is a must, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
②For companies with a global presence, knowledge of other languages is beneficial.
3.Skill Set:
①Be detail - oriented when reviewing training content.
②Be good at writing policy documents.
③Be proficient in PPT design.
