In August, 2023, the 9th Grand East China Top 10 HR Management Selection came to a grand end. Dr.Christal Chen, HR Director of Tech China&SEA, won the award of Top 10 HR Managements of Shanghai and the finalist prize of Top 10 HR Managements of Grand East China.
第九届中国长三角十佳HR经理人评选活动的宗旨是为深入推进长三角区域一体化发展国家战略,大力宣传和倡导创新创优的人力资源管理实践,助推长三角人力资源管理行业水平整体提升,构建高质量一体化人才服务环境。活动以“共建、共进、共享、共赢”为主题,于今年4月14日在安徽召开预备会正式启动,至8月18日决赛结束,历经近半年时间。经过报名推荐、城市初选、综合评分、专家评审、网络投票等环节,来自上海、江苏、浙江、安徽三省一市共32个城市选拔的数百名资深职业人力资源经理人参与了本次评选。来自中智股份战略投资负责人、上海市人社局特聘决策咨询专家、企业家代表,以及浙江大学、南京师范大学、安徽师范大学等高校的8位人力资源专家、学者组成评委团对诸多参选人员从领导力、创造力、执行力、学习力与影响力五个维度进行了审慎的评选,评选出了本次的“中国长三角十佳HR经理人”、“优秀HR经理人”、“HR经理人新锐奖”等多个奖项。
The purpose of the 9th Grand East China Top 10 HR Managements Selection Campaign is to further promote the national strategy of regional integration development in Grand East China, vigorously publicize and advocate innovative human resource management practices, boost the overall level of human resource management industry in Grand East China, and build a high-quality integrated talent service environment. With the theme of co-construction, co-progress, co-sharing and co-win, the event was officially launched at the preparatory meeting held in Anhui on April 14 this year, and ended on August 18, after nearly half a year. Hundreds of senior professional human resources managers from 32 cities in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui participated in the selection after registration recommendation, city primary selection, comprehensive evaluation, expert evaluation and online voting. A jury composed of eight human resources experts and scholars from the head of strategic investment of CIIC, the decision-making consultant specially appointed by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, and Zhejiang University, Nanjing Normal University, Anhui Normal University and other universities carefully selected many candidates from five dimensions: leadership, creativity, execution, learning ability and influence, and selected the Top 10 HR Managements of Grand East China, Excellent HR Managers and HR Manager's New Award.
